Last week on the publication day for The Almanac 2025 I ran a little competition to win a signed and personalised edition. So many of you entered! And even though it wasn’t a requirement you also took the time to say such wonderful things about my almanacs. Thank you so much. Being a writer is such an odd, solitary activity that it is easy to forget sometimes that your books have a community, and it really leaped out at me then. Ridiculously moving.

But anyway, enough of all that: you want to know who won! It was laborious but we put every one of the 215 (!) names into my daughter’s pink cowboy hat and the winner is… Fi Crowther! Congratulations Fi, I will be in touch direct about getting your book to you.
Sorry to those of you who didn’t win. I feel a bit rotten now… But all is not lost and you can find links below. I hope you love it.
Also a VERY special thank you to those of you who answered my plea for Amazon reviews. I currently have 13 reviews! Which is great and more than I have had at this stage before. But do please consider having a peek at your copy (before you put it away until 1st January, of course…) and leaving a review there, EVEN IF you didn’t buy it there. They unfortunately make a big difference and are one of the best ways you can support an author and a book.
Thanks again for all of your wonderful support x
I wish there was such a lovely book for the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Congratulations on publication.
I've ordered some copies for Christmas pressies, so I will have a sneak peek at them 😊
